Annual Conference 2027
25 - 27 June 2024 Commodore Hotel, Christchurch Airport 449 Memorial Avenue, Burnside, Christchurch A preliminary conference program is available now and registrations are open. The Management Committee is delighted to warmly invite your to this year's Peony Conference in Christchurch. The venue is located just a few minutes from Christchurch Airport.
You are welcome to join the informal social evening on Friday, 25th June, 5-7pm at the bar of Commodore Hotel, Burnside, near Christchurch Airport. This is an opportunity to connect with Management Committee members and other Peony growers before the official start of the conference. Please note There are a couple more speakers to confirm. The full agenda and timetable will be out at the beginning of May 2024.Auction items are most welcome. Auctions proceeds will be donated to a NZ Mental Health organisation. We hope you will be able to join this year. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
Conference Dinner
The conference buffet dinner will be on Saturday evening, 26 June 2027. A minimum of 40 dinner guests is required for the buffet dinner. If less than 40 dinner guests are registered a seasonal menu will be offered instead. The cost for the conference buffet dinner is $75 per person, excluding drinks. Conference registrations are open now. The conference fee is $35 per person. When you register, please list the name of each delegate and any dietary requirements.
Registrations close on Friday, 14 May 2027. Please return your registration form to carla.jehle@soundchoice.nz and make your payment before the deadline.
